8 Creative Pregnancy Announcements
Got a secret you are itching to tell? Waiting to announce some really big news? Congratulations. I have compiled some of the greatest pregnancy announcements to make sharing your big news even more special!
There is nothing cuter than the enthusiasm of a soon-to-be big brother or sister. Using your already adorable creation to announce the next is fitting. Plus, they probably fit in their clothes better than you do at this point. Get a camera and a sign and let them ham it up.
There are so many funny ways to announce you are knocked up. From the over the top stereotypical pregnant munchies, to the hilarious, but dark 28 days late parody of the zombie flick. Insatiable hunger on both accounts, right? Below is a personal favorite. Those two lines have all the power. No matter how delighted you are for your new bundle of joy, life is about to get real. Oh snap!
Yes, Pinterest is wonderful and there are some announcements that are done over and over to the point of redundancy. Guess what? That’s because they are awesome. My husband and I recreated this little number for our first son. We had to stop bouncing from excitement just to take the pictures.
4. Early Preview.
Yes, your early sono doesn’t resemble anything like a baby. A bean and nugget are even a stretch. But that doesn’t mean that it won’t do the trick to instantly inform others that you have more in the oven than that second batch of cookies.
If you are not afraid to reveal your age, sharing birth years is a sweet way to pop the news on family and friends. Plus, you don’t have to be photogenic to capture a foot shot. Maybe a razor and some toe nail polish for this one, unless you are embracing your inner Sasquatch. In that case, you go girl.
Math not your strong suit? That’s okay. This math is easy, just add baby.
7. The Real Announcement
Okay, by this point, anyone that knows me has caught on by now.
That’s right folk! Coffee With a Side of is going decaf!
Our little bundle is due February 2018!!!!
8. Little Helper
I am not biased or anything, but our son looks like the Gerber baby, only cuter. So, why not have him be the star in announcing the new baby. He is so excited to be a big brother. Might as well put all that energy to work. Come on son, give Mama some adorable photos. Well done, son, well done.
Thank you Abby Goerz for the incredible pictures. Anyone local to the DFW area should check her work out. She is a teacher and mommy and has an amazing gift with children.
